info About Bulugo

Bulugo operates a marketplace and lead-generation platform that connects marine fuel buyers with suppliers. We are not a fuel broker, fuel supplier, or financial intermediary. Quotes, prices, and contracts of sale are agreed directly between buyers and suppliers; Bulugo facilitates the introduction and the exchange of information.

These Terms govern your use of my.bulugo.com, our WhatsApp and Telegram bots, our email-driven workflows, and any APIs we expose (including the Bulugo MCP server). By using the platform you agree to these Terms.

person_check Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You may only use Bulugo for business purposes related to marine fuel procurement, supply, or operations.
• You must provide accurate information about yourself, your company, your vessels, and your products.

key Account and access

• You can register and authenticate via WhatsApp, email OTP, Telegram magic link, or our MCP OAuth flow.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and authentication channels secure.
• You must notify us promptly at support@bulugo.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

rule Acceptable use

When using Bulugo you agree not to:

• Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or harassing messages to other users.
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from the platform beyond the documented APIs.
• Impersonate another person, vessel, or company.
• Use Bulugo to facilitate sanctioned trade, money laundering, or other illegal activity. Compliance with sanctions, export controls, and bunker regulations remains your responsibility.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or probe the platform's security except via a coordinated disclosure to security@bulugo.com.

edit_document Your content and licence to Bulugo

You retain ownership of the messages, quote details, vessel information, and other content you submit. You grant Bulugo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, and process that content for the purpose of operating the platform — including matching counterparties, generating responses, and producing aggregated analytics that do not identify you or your counterparties.

handshake Counterparty interactions

Bulugo introduces buyers and suppliers and helps them exchange quote information. Any commercial agreement — including price, volume, delivery, payment, and dispute resolution — is between the buyer and the supplier. Bulugo is not a party to any contract for the sale, supply, or carriage of fuel and is not liable for the performance, non-performance, or quality of products and services agreed between counterparties.

smart_toy AI-generated responses

Bulugo uses large language models to parse messages, classify intent, draft replies, and assist with routing. AI-generated content can contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. You must independently verify any quote, price, port, vessel, or commercial detail before acting on it. Bulugo makes no warranty as to the accuracy of AI-generated responses.

trending_up Pricing and market data

Bunker price data shown on the platform is sourced from public bunker indices and third-party feeds. It is provided for information only, may be delayed or incomplete, and must not be relied upon as the basis for a binding commercial decision. Bulugo gives no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.

local_shipping Supplier obligations

• Maintain accurate port and product coverage in your supplier profile.
• Respond to leads within the timelines indicated in the platform.
• Quote in good faith. Do not coordinate prices, allocate customers, or otherwise engage in anti-competitive behaviour using the platform.
• Comply with all applicable bunker, sanctions, and quality regulations in the ports you serve.

shopping_cart Buyer obligations

• Submit quote requests with accurate vessel, port, fuel, volume, and delivery details.
• Only request quotes when you have a genuine intention to transact, not to fish for indicative prices.
• Respond to suppliers in a reasonable and timely manner.

shield Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• Bulugo is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or data.
• Bulugo's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you have paid to Bulugo in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) GBP 100.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

copyright Intellectual property

The Bulugo platform, including its software, design, brand, and content authored by Bulugo, is owned by Bulugo and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your own data and content, subject to the licence granted above to enable us to operate the service.

logout Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@bulugo.com. Bulugo may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, that pose a risk to other users, or that we are required to remove for legal reasons. Where reasonable, we will give notice before suspending or terminating an account.

balance Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

edit_note Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email or with a banner on the website. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
